Sarah Whitt is the functional lead for Wisconsin’s Statewide Voter Registration System (SVRS) at the Wisconsin Government Accountability Board. The G.A.B. is the State agency responsible for administering elections in Wisconsin, as well as handling Wisconsin’s campaign finance, ethics, and lobbying laws. Sarah has been working with the SVRS since its inception in 2005. She recently lead the efforts to revamp SVRS to use GIS instead of street ranges to manage districts, and updating SVRS with the results of the 2011 decennial Redistricting. Prior to working at the G.A.B., Sarah worked as a project manager at the Department of Administration.
